This is my page devoted to the mountains I have climbed this summer. So far I have stuck to the northeast. I have climbed in New York (the Adirondacks), Vermont (the Green Mountains) and New Hampshire (the White Mountains).

The Adirondacks

The Adirondax is by far my favorite place to backpack. The 'dax provide beauty and freedom found in few places. My trips to the Adirondacks have been the most beatiful and also the most scary. I hope you enjoy my pictures.

These shots were taken during a 3 day hike with my buddy Will in the Dax. We camped at this place called Slant Rock for two nights, day hiking Marcy, Skylight, Haystack, and finally Basin. It was a long day.

Lower Wolf jaw, Upper Wolf Jaw, Armstrong, Gothics

This is the Wamsutta trail in the White Mountains in New Hampshire. Dave and I are standing to the side of the trail marker on the face of mount washington. This was after a long day of hiking, and we were on the long trip home. Jefferson can be seen in the distance its July, and there is still a bit of snow on it.
This was taken in front of Little Rock Pond in Vermont. This is along the Long Trail, which I hope to hike end to end at some point in my life. My friend Keith and I swam across the pond to jump off the rocks on the far side. It was a great way to cool off.
